OUR SERVICE

1. Our Profile
We use imported silk, lace, satin, taffeta, chiffon and other fabrics for our dresses and offer reasonable prices, quick delivery and good services to our clients. A good reputation has won us long-term working relationships with customers in Europe and the USA for many years.

2. Our Delivery Time
It will take 4 weeks for few pieces samples; 5 - 7 weeks for 20-100 pieces regular orders. We will do our best to help you if you need the dresses more urgent; 3 - 7 days by DHL, Fedex or UPS from Chia to your office;

3. Our Payment Term
30% deposit before prodction; 70% rest before shipment by bank transfer or Western Union.

4. Our Promise
We can promise you that if you are not satisfied with our quality after you received our samples, we can return the payment to you or we can re-make one piece for you for free.

DHL: To North America, Europe, Asia and Australia, shipping only take about 3-5 days, to other countries, it will take about 7-10 days.

Q: Are all your pictures real?
All our pictures are taken from real sample wedding dresses. There might be different in color, because of the computer monitor settings. With the difference in the measurement method, please allowed 1~2 cm in size deviation.
Q: What's your MOQ? Do you accept custom-made, do I need to pay you extra cost for it?
We do not have MOQ for wedding dresses. We accept custom-made service free of charge, but it will take 30~40 days to finish it.
Q : Can I modify your designs,such as add sleeve, change the lace, change the zipper to lace up, etc?
Yes, you can modify our designs, but our designers would check if the dresses can be modified as what you want. You also need to pay the extra cost for the modification.
Q:Is OEM service available for you? Can you put my labels on my dresses?

OEM service is available by us, all our wedding dresses are without labels. If you want to put your own labels, You may send your labels to us or we can help you make your labels in China by our labels suppliers with MOQ requested which cost will be covered by you.
Q:What's your delivery and payment?

We will bear all the shipping cost if the products are not as advertisedYou have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the shipment received date for quality problem. If this item is in your possession over 7 days. It is considered used and we will not issue you a refund or replacement. There are no exceptions!
Q: What if the dresses you made do not satisfy me and I don't want the dresses?
Upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included, we will refund you buying amount or you may choose to have a replacement.
