Production Process:
1) Precise Cutting: This is the most common part of steel furniture, Stainless steel needs precise so as to offer good premise for welding. Our workers have been in this production line over 10 years. We do excellent job on this. |
| 2) Welding: This is one of our most important flow. Many suppliers weld tubes roughly, than polish it. For the part that can be polished easily, we do same thing, but we don't polish inside corner. We just do nice welding and wash with liquid. It looks nice than polish. It requires finest craftsmanship.We use tungsten inert gas welding which produces superior-quality, TIG is an arc weld process which grants the operator greater control over the welding allowing for stronger, higher quality welds. . |
| 3) Polish: Remove, convex welded part, dirt mark, scratches and fingerprint in the process. People think it is a whole but actually it is joins. Only cause the welding and the polish are in high quality. |
| 4) Brush: Abrade the surface with a fine grit sandpaper machine , the brushing gives the metal a distinctive look, as it retains some but not all of its metallic lustre and is given a pattern of very fine lines. | 5) Coating: This process won't appear in most of factories. Most of us think that 304 stainless steel will not rust. That is wrong, in moist and salty weather like seaside, 304 stainless steel still rust. We use special liquid for coating that can resist elements that will bring rust to stainless steel. The most important thing is that the coating won't decrease metallic lustre and won't bring fingerprint. |
