3. Then we will put the chairs into the oven for 3 hours with 200 centigrade to reinforce the chair frame. So our chair will be much stronger and harder.
4. We have professional welding and grinding workers. All our aluminum chair has full-welding. It touch smooth and look nice.
5. After the welding and polish, the next step is also very important. It's the painting. It's thicker and very smooth. This painting cost will higher about 0.7usd than common one. Our paint is hard to shave off. If you are convenient, we are sincerely hope you can come our factory and check our paint quality by yourself in any time.
6. Besides, we always choose the high density mould sponge for our chair. High density mould sponge is more durable and comfortable.
7. Last but not least, our screw is also different from others. We use the set screw like attached picture. It's much bigger and stronger.
