Sermorelin, or GRF 1-29, has 29 amino acids in it to represent the GHRH 1-29 fragment. It is basically a synthetic form of GHRH that can increase bone density and muscle mass, decrease body fat, and improve the immune system and organ functions. To date, it is known to be the shortest functional GHRH fragment out there. It is also known to be the safest alternative for human growth hormones, in general. The synthetic amidated acid peptide acetate salt, sermorelin acetate, has 29 amino acids in total, all of which correspond to the 44-amino-acid segment of natural GHRH.
