1. Who is HOSON?
We are a professional manufacturer specializing in making shoes including the women shoes, men shoes and kids shoes. We exported the shoes to the wholesalers and dealers in different countries.
2. Can you do OEM?
Yes,we can create the shoes from your designs, as long as you send us the artwork with material details.
3. How does your factory do regarding quality control?
We have our own QC team inspecting each shoes during the production, and before packing the shoes into outer carton.
4. How can I get samples?
Pls let us know which style you prefer for the samples, and materials, the size, after we get the sample cost from you, and we will start the sample making.
For the first business, the shipping cost of the sample will be paid by you.
But after you place the order with us, the sample cost will be refunded to you or you can deduct it from the order payment.
5.What is the process of making order with you?
Firstly, you'd better pick some styles you prefer, and then we will offer you the price, once agreement on our price, we will make the presamples for your check the quality and workmanship, and after your satisfaction of our pre samples, you will place the order with details including the size dispatch, the logo, shoe box, packing details, shipping method etc. And we will start the mass production when we receive the 50% deposit, and when the shoes are ready for delivery, we will send you the relevant photos for your check and confirmation. 6.What is the guarantee of your shoes?
Within 3 months you receive our shoes, if any broken upper, heel fall off, or any other situation , pls send us the relevant photos of the shoes, and the qty, and we will re make the shoes and send to you by air, and all the cost will be paid by HOSON.
