主要应用和功能
无轨火车分站是我院研制的新型设备，在发达县吸收同类产品优势的基础上，适用于重量不超过150吨的分流列车。分站由机架，操作台，变速箱，过渡桥，拉杆，驱动柜电源装置和电气控制系统组成。
分流台采用手动操作实现运行，跟踪对齐，停止等功能。还可以添加自动跟踪对齐和摄像机监控系统。支架具有“前进”，“后退”，“快速”，“缓慢”，“爬行”等功能，“慢”，“爬行”等功能。" etc functions.
控制系统采用控制器，传感器实现电机同步动作和精确控制，调整速度。这样可以保证分流台能够稳定运行，稳定运行，提高运行时的安全性和稳定性。

轨道定位功能后，分路架具有锁定和警戒功能，在火车上下运行时，分流架不能移动。
它具有分流台两侧极限位置保护功能。有停止挡块和电气限位开关，当冲击装置触摸停止时，位置开关打开并切断电源。当缓冲装置触摸停止时，分流架停止。

Pitless Train Shunting Stand
1. Main application and functions
The pitless train shunting stand is new type equipment developed by our institute on the basis of absorbing advantages of same products in developed counties. It is applied for shunting train whose weight is not more than 150 tons. The shunting stand is composed of frame, operation station, transmission, transition bridge, pull organ, power supply device for driver cabinet and electrical control system etc.
The shunting stand applies manual operation to realize running, track alignment, stop etc functions. Also it can add auto track alignment and camera monitor system. The stand has 'advance', 'back', 'fast', 'slow', 'crawl' etc functions., "slow", "crawl" etc functions." etc functions.
Control system applies controller, transducer to realize motor synchronous action and exact control and to adjust speed. So it ensures that the shunting stand can start, run and stop steadily and improve safety and stability when running.
Electrical control system has over-load, overcurrent, overheating, under voltage, short-circuit, lack of phase, etc functions. It has motor short-circuit protection for random 2 phases, earth-leakage protection for A&B phase, protection for motor overload and overheating and earth-leakage protection for random point.point.oint.
Before shunting stand start and when it is running, it has light-electric indicator and alarm.
The shunting stand can equip 1 or 2 operation stations according to customer's request. The 2 operation stations are interlock, so it is allowed to operate only at one station.
There are emergency stop buttons at four angles of shunting stand. Press emergency stop button can cut all electricity.
The shunting stand has lock and caution function after track alignment function, the shunting stand can't move when train get up and down.
It has the function of limit position protection on both sides of shunting stand. There are stop block and electrical limit switch, when impact device touch stop block, the position switch open and cut off the power supply. When buffer device touch stop block, the shunting stand stops.
