应用

包装，运输，贮存
1，该软件包是装在200升铁桶。 避免与强氧化剂接触。
2，储存温度应不超过50o C.进入的水和杂质是严格禁止的。
3，包装，标志，运输，贮存及交货验收应符合SH / T0164的要求。

注意事项
1，包装是一种功能性添加剂包，用消泡剂添加应用的。
2，建议的温度为油调合60-75oC.
3，加热蒸汽用于传输和混合不应超过110的温度oC.

Description
TH5033 is prepared from a variety of additives such as superior antiwear agent, ashless antioxidant, etc. , is widely applicable to formulate the oils for hydraulic system of large construction machinery (such as shovel loader, excavator and dump truck) with plunger pump operated at the pressure of above 30.0 MPa or with vane pump operated at 14.0~17.5 Mpa.

Applications
The hydraulic oils of N32, N46, N68 and N100 viscosity grade, complying with the quality standard for mineral hydraulic oil in GB11118.1-94L-HM, can be prepared by adding 1.5% TH5033 and certain quantity of antifoam agent into Group Ⅰor Ⅱ base oil.

Packing, Transportation and Storage
1, The package is packed in metal drum of 200 litres. Avoid contacting with strong oxidizer.
2, Ambient temperature for storage should not exceed 50oC. Entering of water and impurities is strictly forbidden.
3, The packing, marking, transportation, storage and delivery acceptance should meet the requirement of SH/ T0164.

Points for Attention
1, The package is a kind of functional additive package, applied by adding with antifoam agent.
2, The recommended temperature for blending of oil is 60-75oC.
3, The temperature of heating steam for transferring and blending should not exceed 110oC.
