描述
TH5003配制与各种添加剂如抗氧化剂优越和防锈等，这是一个透明的液体，没有悬浮物。 液压油掺混TH5003具有抗氧化作用的良好性能，抗生锈。 该油可用于液压系统，也可以作为通用机床的润滑油。

应用
N32，N46，N68，与GB11118.1-94L-HL的质量标准符合的液压油，制备如下：添加1〜20毫克/公斤T901消泡剂成GroupⅠorⅡ基础油，并搅拌该混合物彻底下 60〜75℃的温度，然后加入0.35-0.7％TH5003。

包装，运输，贮存
1，该软件包是装在200升铁桶。 避免与强氧化剂接触。
2，储存温度应不超过50^o C.进入的水和杂质是严格禁止的。
3，包装，标志，运输，贮存及交货验收应符合SH / T0164的要求。

注意事项
1，包装是一种功能性添加剂包，用消泡剂添加应用的。
2，建议的温度为油调合60-75^oC.
3，加热蒸汽用于传输和混合不应超过110的温度^oC.

Description
TH5003 is formulated with a variety of additives such as superior antioxidant and antirust, etc. It is a transparent liquid, and no suspended substances. The hydraulic oil blended with TH5003 possesses good properties of antioxidation, anti-rusting. The oil can be used for hydraulic system and also as the lubricant oil of universal machine tool.

Applications
The hydraulic oils of N32, N46, N68, complying with the quality standard of GB11118.1-94L-HL, are prepared as follows: add 1~20mg/ kg T901 antifoam agent into GroupⅠorⅡ base oil, and stir the mixture thoroughly under the temperature of 60~75℃, then add in 0.35-0.7% TH5003.

Characteristics

Packing, Transportation and Storage
1, The package is packed in metal drum of 200 litres. Avoid contacting with strong oxidizer.
2, Ambient temperature for storage should not exceed 50^oC. Entering of water and impurities is strictly forbidden.
3, The packing, marking, transportation, storage and delivery acceptance should meet the requirement of SH/ T0164.

Points for Attention
1, The package is a kind of functional additive package, applied by adding with antifoam agent.
2, The recommended temperature for blending of oil is 60-75^oC.
3, The temperature of heating steam for transferring and blending should not exceed 110^oC.
