2,储存温度应不超过50o C.进入的水和杂质是严格禁止的。

注意事项
1,包装是一种功能性添加剂包,用消泡剂添加应用的。
2,建议的温度为油调合60-75oC.

Description
This product is formulated with a variety of additives, such as highly effective antioxidant, brightening agent and cooling accelerant. Good oil solubility and excellent antioxidation can keep the glossiness for the mechanical components.

Applications
Used for blending cold quenching oil, marquenching and vacuum quenching oils; the treating dose depends on the oil bath temperatures, typically 2.0-3.0%. The blended products are in accordance with the specifications of common quenching media for heat treatment specified by JB/ T6955-93 or the standard of SH0564-93.

Packing, Transportation and Storage
1, The package is packed in metal drum of 200 litres. Avoid contacting with strong oxidizer.
2, Ambient temperature for storage should not exceed 50oC. Entering of water and impurities is strictly forbidden.
3, The packing, marking, transportation, storage and delivery acceptance should meet the requirement of SH/ T0164.

Points for Attention
1, The package is a kind of functional additive package, applied by adding with antifoam agent.
2, The recommended temperature for blending of oil is 60-75oC.
3, The temperature of heating steam for transferring and blending should not exceed 110oC.
