分离装置 主要用于除去水和柴油机械杂质,燃料油,润滑油和其它矿物油中船用柴油发动机和发电站的土地使用的柴油发电机组,以降低活塞和气缸套的柴油机磨损和 避免喷嘴堵塞头发和故障高压泵咬合,这将延长使用寿命。 还用于分隔两个不可解液体具有不同比重或除去少量的固体颗粒形式的液体。

原理说明
分离器单元由分离器,初级燃料过滤器,燃料油加热器,油供应泵,温度传感器,控制箱,碱,仪表,阀门,管道的附件,等等。
沉降槽的油产物是进入分离器供给单元的入口,由主过滤器,油产品被供给到加热器由供给泵,加热到分离温度后,进入分离器,将加热温度由温度控制系统控制。 分离后的清洁油被发送到日用油箱。

Application
The
separator unit is mainly used to remove water and mechanical impurities from diesel, fuel oil, lubricating oil and other mineral oil in Marine diesel engine and land-used diesel generating sets of power station so as to reduce wear of the piston and cylinder liner for diesel engine and to avoid high-pressure pump bite of nozzle blockage hair and fault, which will prolong service life. Also used to separate two unsolvable liquid with different specific gravity or remove small amount of solid particle form liquid.
This separator unit has high thermal efficiency, compact structure, beautiful appearance, easy installation and maintenance, there are low pressure alarm functions, oil temperature remote alarm functions, with motor overloaded alarm and conventional fault alarm. The separator unit adopts automatic control, it has the advantages of high efficiency, low oil consumption, convenient operation and economic maintenance cost.

Principle Description
The separator unit is composed of separator, primary fuel filter, fuel oil heater, oil supply pumps, temperature sensors, control box, base, instrument, valves, piping attachments, and so on.
The oil product of settling tank was enter the inlet of separator supply unit, by primary filter, oil product is supplied to heater by supply pumps, after heating to the separation temperature, Enters separator, the heating temperature is controlled by temperature control system. The clean oil after separating is sent to the daily oil tank.
