Tricone cutters are commonly used with hole opener, Core Barrels, and other applications of Foundation Drilling. Because of high mechanization, high penetration rate, good drilling quality, low labor intensity as well as safe operation, the engineering bit is a primary product used for modern foundation construction.
Engineering bits consist of a cone, bearing, shaft, cap and sealing components. The bit cone rotates around the shaft and is mounted on a saddle to form a drilling unit.
