WPC profile production line begins with extrusion process after the wood flour mixed with plastic, in theory, is essentially the same. Major equipment are extruders, molds, given profiles platforms, traction machine, cutting machine, material tumbling frame, but the substance very different. Currently wood-plastic profile extrusion line mainly uses conical twin screw extruder and single screw extruder. Single-screw extruder is usually applied to complete the delivery of materials and plasticizing task, generally used for PVC wood-plastic profile extrusion; conical twin screw extruder is generally used for PE plastic profile extrusion machine. Traditional single-screw extruder is greatly limited in the extrusion of wood-plastic composites, so the screw need to be designed specially which has strong capacity of conveying raw material and mixing plasticizing in order to reach extrusion materials plasticization.
