SJSZ80/156 WPC door board production line adopts exclusively designed SJSZ80 conical twin-screw extruder, imported frequency converter and temperature control instrumentation which have wide adjustment range, high precision temperature control, simple operattion and good reliability, etc. The auxiliary consists of vacuum sizing table, traction machine, cutting machine and stacker. The production line is equipped with large cooling device to ensure good effects of the door plate design. Caterpillar-type haul-off unit utilizes imported reducing speed motor and frequency inverter, and is featured in reasonable structure design, large and stable hauling powe and so on. The cutting machine has reliable and accurate work, high precise cutting performance; the stacker is accompanied with movable material trolley, equipped with specific rubber protective layer; and the stack bracket is convenient and simple, does not destroy raw materials and other features. The auxiliary units apply programmable computer control or domestic excellent control systems making the whole machine reliable and stable.
