Characters of COD pipe production line
COD stands for corrugated optic duct, and the entirety consists of several inner cable tubes and outer tubes. The new COD and traditional universal PVC pipe COD adopt the method of fitting the produced inner pipe into the outer pipe through process of reproduction, which starts a new era of the field.
Inner and outer tubes are all made of HDPE high density polyethylene with high elasticity and the outer tubes can wind around the wrapped pipe frame well although equipped with many inner tubes.
Performance characters
Anti-Pressure, COD products in special spiral shape increase the anti-pressure capacity of traditional PE straight pipe to as many times and raise the effectiveness and elasticity; therefore they can ensure the security even in earthquake and collapse etc. Chemical resistance, strong durability, strong acid and alkali resistance, better water resistance; when laying in the sea and wet land, the product can be corrosion resistance and it is semi-permanent pipe. Reliability, the material is most ideal cable tube due to its not conduction and high insulating quality. In addition, the thermal expansion and contraction of the appearance are quite lower than the traditional pipe system, and the same inner and outer raw material the ratio maintains same.
The COD pipes (per 500 meters) coil up on the pipe rack, which can reduce quite a lot of labour cost. The most important is that the COD doesn't need inserting inner pipes because the various inner pipes have been equipped in the outer pipes. Because of the lighter gravity (0.95: 1.43) COD is rather light and is very convenient to operate and transport compared with the traditional pipes.
