PPC programmable computer control system of B&R in Austria, equipped with a man-computer workstation and two slave stations, which can operate closed-loop automatic control to the extrusion and pulling speed, temperature and product diameter, and the control system operates simply with the Chinese interface. As a multifunctional device, it can produce al-plastic compound pipes, cross-linking polyethylene pipes and PP pipes. Advanced online inspection: the production line is equipped with laser diameter measuring instrument, and main control station automatic inspects the outer diameter of finished products, and eddy-current defectoscope combining the ink-jet printer detecting and marking the al-plastic pipes weld, guaranteeing reliable products of high quality.
