Introduction of directly buried one step process insulating pipe production line
This production line consists of extrusion machine, extrusion die, coolant water tanks, positioner, adjust machinery of leaning towards, propulsion machine, pipe conveyor, pipe supporting bracket, foam machine, constant temperature controlling system. The operating theory is using polyurethane foam in the inner and outer clad materials as insulating layer to produce a new type of insulating tube product.
Main application:
This unit is mainly used for manufacturing insulating pipes with various diameters, whose products are used vastly in petroleum and natural gas pipeline transportation, urban heat supply system, building facilities drainage system, and hotel central air-conditioner insulation. Because of the outstanding heat insulating performance and the features like low relative density, low water absorption, waterproof, corrosion resistant, cold resistant and antiflaming, its products can be used for industry heat insulation between -50 and 150 degree.
