The production line is used for producing EPS foam board (KT boards) , which originates from polystyrene as raw materials and produced in extrusion process with high-pressure injection of foam agent; the product is extruded from die head prior to foaming, cooling, shaping, cutting, hauling-off and rewinding as the entire process of manufacture. The board is featured by impact resistance, noise resistance, heat preservation, moisture resistance, safety, cleanness, blister plasticizing capability and etc. The board is widely used in packaging of food, fruits, electronics, household goods, hardware, toys and many other products. Specialities: The production line adopts advanced polar tandem foaming technology, and it features stable performance and simple operation. The screw and material barrel is crafted from the 38CrMoALA nitride steel which improves their service life. It adopts infrared energy-saving heater and intelligent digital automatic temperature controller, which results in high efficiency and low energy cost.
