The production line are based on the properties of free foaming and crust foaming; the production line is developed from the mixing of free foaming machinery extrusion and crust foaming sizing machinery. It has good product quality which combines the flatness of crust foaming and low density of free foaming equipments; the surface hardness of board is between the one of skinning foaming process and the one of free foaming process.
