The three-layer co-extruded PP-R pipe production line adopts three-layer co-extruded molds with specific design spiral through three-layer co-extrusion technology, so that the intermediate reinforced glass fibers are arranged according to a certain rule and can be mixed with the inner and outer PP-R (or PP-B) as a whole to achieve enhancement. Therefore it significantly overcomes the overhanging phenomenon in pure PP-R pipe installation, reducing the coefficient of linear expansion of the pipe. Compared with pure PP-R pipe, three-layer PP-R pipe has the properties of saving materials, low cost and strong competition, etc. Pipes scope from φ20 ~ φ110mm.
Its production line process: raw material+ masterbatch → mixing → vacuum feeding → the dried raw → single screw extruder → color line extruder → spiral co-extrusion grinding apparatus→ sized diameter cover → spray vacuum sizing tank → spray cooling water tank → ink jet printer →crawler tractor → the chipless machine →the stacker→ finished product testing and packaging.
