SJ90/65 three-PPR pipe extrusion line adopts three-layer co-extruded composite mould with dedicated spiral to extruder directly though the inner and outer layers. The mold with a spiral flowing channel can enhance effect of the intermediate layer of reinforcing fibers arranged according to a certain helix angle. To produce such pipes can also do some modification in the existing pure PP-R pipe production line. SJ90/65 three-layer PPR pipe extrusion machine includes SJ90/65 high-speed extruder, automatic drying feeder, color line extruder, PP-R co-extruded composite mold, the vacuum sizing spray cooling water tank, the tractor , printing machine, cutting machine, turning pipe rack.
