20-75 PPR three-layer co-extruded pipe machine for ABC or ABA form has reinforced glass fiber PP-R in the middle layer. The pipe diameter includes 20253240506375 mm, etc. the co-extruded pipe production line uses three-layer co-extrusion mould with unique spiral design which can make short glass fiber arranged in the intermediate reinforcing layer according to certain rules, and be mixed with internal and external PP-R (or PP-B) layer as a whole to achieve enhancement. Due to PP-R as basic materials (the reinforcing layer) , the inner and outer pipe wall and the reinforcing layer are formed into a real overall structure in a fully integrated manner. Inner pipe, reinforcing layer and the outer has no interface existing. And 20-75mm PPR three-layer co-extruded pipe machine solves the disadvantages of other layered reinforcing pipe and significantly overcomes the overhanging in pure PP-R pipe installation, reducing the coefficient of pipe linear expansion. Compared with pure PP-R pipe, three-layer co-extruded PP-R pipe has the properties of saving materials, low cost and strong competition, etc.
