SJSZ51/105 PVC twin-pipe extrusion line consists of the conical twin-screw extruder as the host, different pipe head mould and the corresponding auxiliary machine. PVC twin-pipe extrusion line is mainly used in the production of PVC twin pipes, which has reasonable structure and reliable performance. The production line makes full use of the capacity of the extruder to produce small caliber pipe, which can reach high output and high efficiency. And the PVC pipe machine also adopts vacuum sizing mode, high degree of automation and man-machine interface. PVC twin-pipe production line uses the auxiliary vacuum sizing tank with the double pipe sizing; traction device adopts imported inverter controlled by pneumatic clamping; cutting device with automatic cutting to length uses PLC control work procedures. And the extrusion line is equipped with twin-pipe single-control stainless steel spraying shaper machine.
