PEX, PE-RT floor heating pipe production line:

PE-RT is the abbreviation for polyethylene of raised temperature resistance, a non-cross-linking polyethylene used for hot water pipe, and someone names it high temperature resistance non-cross-linking polyethylene to put stress on its non-cross-linking character. It is a kind of medium density polyethylene adopting a special molecular design and synthesis technique, and it applies the method of ethylene and propylene copolymerization. Through controlling the quantity of forked chains and the specially distributed molecular structure, it enhances the heat endurance of PE. The large molecules of PE can't crystallize in a flake crystal due to the existence of octylene short-side-chain, but it is throughout several crystals, and forms the connection among the crystals, which maintains the excellent PE flexibility, high heat conductivity and inertness and makes the pressure endurance better, and this modification method is similar to PPR at the present market. PE-RT pipe can be applied for all the use levels of hot water pipes according to ISO10508 stipulation.
