PVC large diameter production line:

Unique screw design, short remaining time for materials in the barrel, good compounding and plasticizing effect. Adopts reduction box of super quality, with nice outline, stable running, and low noise. Adopts finned ceramic heater for barrel heating, air cooling system, has good effects of cooling and heating, precise temperature controlling. It is equipped with vacuum degassing system which can get rid of moisture and volatile gas from the materials and guarantee the super quality of products. Main motor applies silicon controlled DC speed regulator or variable frequency speed regulator, which provides stable torque output and stepless speed regulation. Applicable for process of PVC thermal sensitivity powder. Vacuum calibrating device: pipe vacuum sprayers, pipe sprayer chilling boxes, and parts in contact with water are all made of stainless steel. Tractor: pipe tractors of 2-claw, 4-claw, 6-claw, 8-claw types to meet production requirements for different pipes. Cutter: chip-free blade cutting, saw cutting, and planetary saw cutting. (with chamfered blade) . Flaring device for rigid PVC pipes. Stacking device: automatic overturning stacking device or roller stacking device.
