PP-R Cool/ Hot Water Pipe Production Line
PPR &PEX cold and hot water pipe production line is equipped with dedicated single screw extruders, has the characters of high extruding velocity and effective plasticization etc. Specially designed die head, reasonable channel, smooth outside and inside wall, and little internal stress. Producing pipe limit ф20-ф160mm, manufacture velocity up to 15m/ min.
The PP-R cold and hot water pipe production line is mainly used for producing residential water supply system, industrial water conveying, compressed air transiting pipe with thick wall and different diameter. PP-R is the latest product in the international pipe development history, with the characters of low price, non-toxic, no corrosion, and high temperature resistant, convenient installation. The production line is our new automatic developed product with the introduction of foreign advanced technology, and its screw and nose and other key parts are designed based on the characteristics of PP-R.
