性状: 白色或黄褐色粉末. 粘蛋白中糖链占全分子量的50%以上, 有时可达80%. 单聚糖以O-糖苷键结合在核蛋白的侧链, 并以共价键互相结合, 形成分子量数百万的巨大分子. 分子内含有大量的水分, 形成胶体, 覆盖在粘膜表面.
用途: 生化研究. 粘蛋白是上皮细胞产生的主要成分, 对细胞起着保护和润滑的作用. 本品仅供科研使用
