用途: 生化研究. 为催化己糖6位上由ATP使之产生磷酸化反应的酶. 对α-D葡萄糖的亲和性很高 (Km=1*10-5M) ,对其他的己糖也可进行磷酸化. 此反应的平衡向右偏移. •G°'=4.0千卡. 该酶可被Mg2 , K 所活化, 但可被HS试剂阻抑.
