Uses and Features
This unit is a polyolefin heat-shrinkable film blowing machine unit by twice forming method and independently developed by absorbing foreign advanced technology by our company, and is equipped with new technologies of three-layer co-extrusion conical superposed die head, infrared heating system, temperature control of power regulation module, infrared temperature detecting system, tension control and lower traction and rotation. Produced POF heat-shrinkable films with PP/ PE/ PP structure have the comprehensive performances of high transparency, low temperature resistance, kneading resistance and high shrinkage, and shrinkage of films in different directions can be controlled by changing components and regulating the technology. The polyolefin heat-shrinkable film is an eco-friendly heat-shrinkable packaging material commonly used in heat-shrinkable packaging for food, beverage, drugs, health care products, stationery, cosmetic, artware, books and newspapers, audio-visual products, electric fittings, toys and the like.
