3：你的原材料从哪里来？

对于天然橡胶，我们只从马来西亚和泰国进口。

钢绳：我们只使用BEKAERT牌钢。

对于炭黑：我们只使用美国的Birla Carbon。


你的质量是什么？

对于Aufine轮胎质量，首先，每个轮胎将通过X射线机进行检查。然后我们的工程师将再次检查每个轮胎，以确保它的高品质。


5：您的保修和索赔是什么？

保修：超过8万公里或1年。

声明：如果我们的轮胎有任何质量问题，请不要担心。现在你应该打电话或给我们发电子邮件，然后我们将在24小时内发送您的索赔表。你只应该提供我们3张照片如下：

（1）损坏部件的照片

（2）系列照片

（3）整个轮胎的照片。

当我们得到您的反馈，将给您7天内的专业解决方案！



6您的最低起订量是多少？

我们的最低起订量是基于40HQ。为了促进第一次合作，你还可以混合diffirent AUFINE大小和模式在40HQ。


7：你的交货时间是多少？

对于正常的大小和模式，我们将安排在7天内收到您的存款或L / C副本交货。

对于不受欢迎的尺寸，我们将安排在20天内收到您的存款或L / C副本交货。



8：您可以接受哪种付款条件？

关于付款条件，我们可以接受以下条款：

1：30％TT存款，余额应在B / L日期7天内支付。

2：通过不可撤销的L / C。

此外，如果您在60天或90天内与L / C合作，并与我们更多合作3次，我们将从我们的财务部门申请此付款期限。

Aufine tyre certified by ISO,DOT,CCC,TS,BIS,GCC,SMARTWAY,ECE,REACH,S-MARK,INMETRO,SASO,SONCAP,LATU,NOM etc .

2: Why choose Aufine ?

Aufine TBR tyre have abundant patterns for each size in tyre industry of China covering various application . For example , 315/80R22.5 has more than 20 patterns available .

We have professional team of engineers and keep on developing new size and pattern every year . In 2015, we developed new patterns for 385/65r22.5 , 315/80r22.5 and 10.00r20 .


3: Where does your raw material come from ?

For natural rubber , we only import from Malaysia & Thailand country .

For steel Cord :We only use BEKAERT brand steel .

For Carbon Black :We only use Birla Carbon of USA .


4. What's your quality ?

For Aufine tyre quality , firstly , every tyre will inspected by X-Ray machine . Then our engineers will inspect each tyre again to ensure it with high quality.


5:What's your Warranty and Claim ?

Warranty :More than 80,000 km or 1 year .

Claim :If our tyre have any quality problem , please dont worry . Now you should call or email us , then we will send you claim sheet within 24 hours . And you only should offer us 3 photos as below :

(1) Photos of damaged part

(2) Photos of series No.

(3) Photos of the whole tyre .

When we got your feedback ,will give you proffessional solution within 7 days !



6What's your MOQ ?

Our MOQ is based on 40HQ . To promote the first cooperation , you also can mix diffirent AUFINE size & pattern in 40HQ .


7 :What is your delivery time ?

For regular size & pattern , we will arrange the delivery within 7 days when recieved your deposit or L/C copy .

For not popular size , we will arrange the delivery within 20 days when recieved your deposit or L/C copy .



8:Which kind of payment term you can accept ?

Regarding the payment terms , we can accept the following ones:

1:30% TT for deposit, the balance should be paid within 7 days of B/L date.

2:By Irrevocable L/C at sight .

What's more , if you wnat L/C within 60 days or 90 days and have cooperated with us more 3 times , we will apply this payment term for you from our finance department .
