我公司可根据客户要求定制标准H25,H30,H38光栅机,也可定制中心距为40 * 40,50 * 50等非标规格的模具,以及相应的十字槽和#槽模具。

1)材料:模块和边框用45#钢。
2)精度:工艺根据工业标准加工,精度符合行业要求,模块尺寸公差控制在±0.1 mm内。
3)模块表面处理:模块平面磨削后,高速抛光工艺,镀铬,大大提高了模块的清洁度和耐磨性,方便释放。模具框架和面板采用机械抛光工艺。
4)水:用于进行加热和冷却的扁平黄铜管中的水循环。使用优化的黄铜管分配程序,以提高传热效率。快速连接器两端的模具,便于去除氧化皮。
5)使用标准件:我使用的标准件采用了知名品牌的强螺栓,紧固性好,耐用。
6)跳闸:结构设计合理,精度高,咬紧,运行平稳,释光轻,维护方便。
7)油箱:内壁为研磨,进口油封,油缸总体可拆卸,GB通用,易于更换。
8)底座:采用140 GB标准槽钢作为骨架,14mm钢板,刨平工艺,确保坚固性和平整度。
9)套管:高品质高强度耐磨套管,分布合理,脱模方便,可根据客户要求进行调整。

Our company can customize the standard H25, H30, H38 grating machine according to customer's requirements and also can customize the mold with center distance of 40 * 40, 50 * 50 and other non-standard specifications and and the corresponding cross slot and # slot die.

1) Materials: Module and the border with 45 # steel.
2)Precision: process is according to industry standard processing, the accuracy meets the industry requirements, module size tolerances are controlled within ± 0.1 mm.
3) Module surface treatment: Module planar surface after grinding, high-speed polishing process, is plated with chrome, which greatly improves the module cleanliness and wear resistance for the convenient release. Mold frame and panel use mechanical polishing process.
4) water: water circulation in flat brass tube for conducting heating and cooling. Using optimized brass tube distribution programs to improve the heat transfer efficiency. Quick connectors at both ends of the mold, easy to remove scale.
5) use of standard parts: standard parts that I use have adopted strong bolts of well-known brands, fastening good, long-lasting.
6) trip: reasonable structure design, high precision, tight bite, smooth running, release light, easy to maintain.
7) fuel tank: the inner wall is grind, imported oil sealing, cylinder overall detachable, GB generic, easy to replace.
8) Base: Using 140 GB standard channel steel as a framework, 14mm steel panel, planing process to ensure firmness and flatness.
9) thimble: high-quality high-strength wear-resistant thimble, reasonable distribution, easy mold release, can be adjusted according to customer requirements.
