吨拉挤机的主要控制功能是液压系统，通过控制电气系统实现主机的运动。夹紧压力类型的本机方式是上行程和下行程。两个夹紧方式不同，但工作结果相同。其加热方式包括加热板加热和加热套环加热，加热方式可根据产品要求选择
设备特性
本机是根据大截面轮廓设计的，具有牵引力强的特点，操作稳定。
采用三种拉挤成型方式：调试，间歇，连续，方便调整生产工艺。
该机有两个液压系统，具有很强的抗干扰能力。
提供强大的力冷却器，机器可以实现24小时旋转容易。
速度：0.1-1.5m / min，可实现无级变频
本机具有预警功能的故障。

Hydraulic type profile pultrusion machine production line
The main controlling power for tons pultrusion machine is hydraulic system ,through controlling of electrical system to realize the movement of the host . The native way of clamping pressure type is upstroke and downstroke . Two kings of clamping way is different,but the work results are same . Its heating mode includes heating plate heating and heating jacket circle heating ,the heating type can be chosen optionally according to the requirement of the product
Equipment characteristic
The machine is designed according to the big section profile, with the features of strong traction force, it is steadily to operate.
With the three kinds of pultrusion modes: debugging, intermittence and succession, it is convenience to adjust the production craft.
The machine had two hydraulic pressure systems, it has strong ability of anti- interference.
Provides the powerful force chiller, the machine can realize 24 hours revolutions easily.
Speed: 0.1-1.5m/min, and it can achieve stepless frequency conversion
The machine has the early-warning function of the trouble.
