Product description
Food waste is automatically put into entrance by RFID after stirring and crushing constantly, and then transported into main chamber.
We maximized the energy efficiency by recycling heat waste from food waste dried through the method of Hot-air decomposition and Fermentation in main chamber equipped with the Hot-air circulating inside.
Food waste after stirring for about 12 hours which is dehydrated more than 90%.
That is automatically made out as a raw material for feedstuff, composting and solid fuel of by-product contents more or less 10% of moisture, which is transferred to discharger and will be recycled. Also by incorporating an LCD panel on equipment, the user is given convenient access to operation status any time during the operation.
