- CD5 series are used to measure conductivity, total dissolved solid, salinity and temperature of solution
- Microprocessor-based: CD5 series has built-in high performance CPU, it can work about 200 hours continuously with 9 volt battery
- Single point push-button calibration: meter with single point calibration function, it is permitted to use standard conductivity solution, you need only set conductivity value of the calibration solution at 25°C and immerse conductivity electrode into solution, then press enter key, the meter will be calibrated automatically
- Auto standard solution recognition: in calibration, meter will display error if you use conductivity solution by mistake
- Auto-ranging for conductivity: meter with auto-ranging function when measure conductivity or total dissolved solid, after electrode immersed in solution, CD5 series will fast response and convert range
- Auto temperature compensation: meter will recognize the temperature sensor automatically and measure temperature after temperature sensor connected to the host, if the conductivity electrode connected to it, the meter will enter automatic temperature compensation
- Adjustable temperature coefficient: solution contains different ions, usually have different temperature coefficient, CD5 series can be set in the range of 0 and 3.9% per centigrade degree
- Adjustable cell constant: when you measure solution with higher or lower concentration, you should choose different constant of conductivity electrode, the meter with three cell constants for your choose, it can save the measured value for different constant electrode separately, after setting the constant, you needn't calibrate it again when replacing a new electrode
- Adjustable TDS coefficient: according to the theory of electrical conductivity, you need estimate TDS coefficient when measure total dissolved solid of solution, CD530/540 can be set in the range of 0.01 to 1.00, which can ensure accuracy of measured value
- Hold function: meter with hold function, press MEAS/HOLD key, the meter momentarily freezes reading for easy viewing
- Message indicator: meter with operational message indicator, when you need setup or measurement, the message indicator will help you what you can do and how do it, can set parameter or select functions under it's guide
- Save data: meter can save 64 data sets, press save key, and the meter will store current measured value, serial number, date, time and other information
- Output data: data can be sent to computer through USB communication interface, you can print out test report via software
