1Mould/mold design and manufacturing
Shenming have own mould design team and can mould-making in house.
There are 3 sets EDM machines, 3 wire cut machines , grinding machines, lathe , milling machines. These can make sure shenming to control mould quality.
2Aluminum die casting
Shenming Hardware Products Company have own 150-600Tons die casting machines to fulfill customer' s production demand
3Secondary process
Various in-house and contracted secondary processes including shot blast, vibratory de-burr, heat treating, sanding, ball burnishing, impregnation, rubberizing, polish, buffing, painting, anodizing, and plating.
4Assembly
There are two assembly lines for all die casting parts and products
5In-time quotation
If there' s enough information , accuracy requirement , or drawings, or samples, Shenming Hardware Products Company will quote within 24hours in normal.
6Production Report
To help customer to know situation in time, Shenming Hardware Products Company will send production report as requirement or weekly.
