Q1 : Why my tablet looked used with scratches on screen?
A : Every tablet pc has a screen protector on it when comes out from factory. When our Quality staff test it, they would left some scratches on it. Please take off the screen protector carefully just like in the photo below.
Q2 : Why my tablet can not start?
A : Durning the long distance delivery, the device would start by accident and the battery would drained up. Please full charge it. If the device still can not start, contact our after-sale person.
Q3 : I can not connect to internet via Wifi.
A : Please reference the following steps:
1) Make sure you input the correct password of your wireless router;
2) Stop any other wireless devices which connects to the router;
3) Clear any IP/MAC filter in router security setting, or reset the router to factory mode;
4) Reset the tablet to factory mode: Setting-Privacy-Factory Data Reset;
5) Contact us to provide you the newest firmware to reboot the tablet.
