1.Can I visit Kingkonree factory? Can your factory arrange transportation for me?
Yes, Our factory is based on Haungjiang Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong province, which will take Approximate two hours from Guangzhou city to our factory by car; half an hour from Shenzhen City to our factory by car.
We have showroom in Shenzhen. Our showroom is close to Shenzhen North train station. 10min by car.
You can take High speek train from Guangzhou South train station to Shenzhen North train station, 35min. We can arrange our driver to pick you up in Shenzhen Train station.
2. What is the payment term?
1) T/T
2) Western Union
3)50% payment before production, 50% balance before shippment.
3. How long does delivery take?
After receive the deposit (usually upon notification of T/T )
- Sample order: within 7 days;
- Trial order: within 15 days (QTY<100pcs);cs);
- Official order: within 20 days (QTY﹥300pcs);cs);
4. Can we use our own shipping agent?
Of course, we will do the best to cooperate.
5. Is OEM acceptable?

6.Can your factory print our brand on the package?
Yes, we can. While customer needs to provide us a 'logo usage authorization letter' to allow us to print the logo on the products.e products.
