1.用浸在肥皂泡沫或洗衣粉溶液中的布擦拭垫子。用水冲洗，用毛巾或布擦拭垫子。
2.将200ml白醋加入一盆温水中。混合好将垫放在浴缸中，浸泡30分钟。用干毛巾卷起垫以吸收多余的水分。
记住，你对你的垫子表现的更好的照顾，它会持续的时间越长;这将减少其碳足迹并促进可持续性。

TPE Supreme Mat Maintenance
Your Fit Spirit yoga mat is made to transform your daily movement and way of life while improving your physical aesthetic. Just as maintaining your health should be a part of your lifestyle, so should maintaining the products you use to support your health. To continue using your mat to the best of its ability, we encourage you to perform simple routine maintenance to keep your mat in pristine condition. The positive energy you give to it will channel back to you during your practice.
Do not use a washing machine or dryer. Wipe your TPA Supreme Yoga Mat with a cloth dipped in soap suds, or use a mild and diluted laundry detergent. Rinse the mat thoroughly with water and wipe it down with a towel or cloth when finished.
STORAGE & CARE:CARE:CARE:
STORAGE - TPE Yoga mat should be rolled up and kept in dry area when not being used.
WASH - Clean your eco-friendly mat once a week or whenever necessary. Do not use a washing machine or dryer, air-dry only. We provide two methods for reference:
1.Wipe the mat with cloth dipped in soap suds or laundry powder solution. Rinse with water and wipe the mat with towel or cloth.
2.Add 200ML of white vinegar to a tub of warm water. Mix well. Lay the mat in the tub and soak for 30 minutes. Roll mat in a dry towel to absorb excess water.
Remember, the better care you demonstrate towards your mat, the longer it will last; which will reduce its carbon footprint and promote sustainability.
