上海中吉机械制造有限公司 ('简称中基) 成立于1992年。本厂座落在青浦工业园区，占地总面积50000平方米的土地上，拥有600多名员工和工人。作为领先的，可靠的EPS，3D面板，夹心板机制造商，我们主要是从事我们的产品的研究和开发，机械制造，厂房设计，人才培训。作为清华大学教育基金的创始成员之一，我们投资在吉林省科技外语学院推出的EPS课程。我们是第一起草人，中国国家标准的3D面板。

1960年，在世界第一EPS砌块成型机是由JOTECHNIK Maschinenbau GmbH公司在奥地利的工厂制造的。从那时起，200多名EPS预发泡，500 EPS砌块成型机，50 EPS切割机制造。

Shanghai Zhongji Machinery Manufacturing Co. Ltd ('Zhongji in short) was established in 1992. Our factory is located at the Qingpu Industrial Zone which covers a total area of 50000 square meters of land, with more than 600 staffs and workers. As the leading and reliable manufacturer of EPS, 3D Panel and Sandwich Panel Machines, we are mainly engaged in the research & development of our products, machine manufacturing, plant designing, and talent training. As a founding member of the Tsinghua Educational Funds, we invested and launched the EPS course at Jilin Science & Technology Foreign Language Institute. We are the first drafter of the China National Standards for 3D Panel.
To ensure the production of high quality products that can meet the various quality requirements of all our valued customers, Zhongji imported advanced equipments such as CNC Lathe, CNC milling machine, and other high-precision processing equipments from Germany, Korea, Taiwan, etc.
During the past few years; we passed and had been approved for the CE certificate; ISO 9001: 2000 Quality Management System Certificate, and have more than 50 patents. We remain committed to the full implementation of Zero Defect Quality Management, enforcing high and efficient quality control with respect to the supply of our products, production techniques, quality inspection, excellent and satisfactory after-sales services for all our customers. We export various EPS Machines, PU (Polyurethane) Sandwich Panel Machines, and 3D Panel Machines to more than 70 countries and regions worldwide. With our well organized and perfect customer service nzhongjiork, we have set up branch offices in five (5) major cities in China including Beijing, Changsha, Dongguan, Shenyang, and Xinjiang. We have also set up oversea offices in more than ten (10) countries such as Austria, Indonesia, Iran, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Poland, Romania, Switzerland, Tanzania, and USA.

In May, 2009, the President of Zhongji, Mr. Gunther ShuQi Hou, and the German CEO of JOTECHNIK Maschinenbau GmbH, Mr. Kurt Albrecht, signed an angreement in Germany for the production of EPS Machinery in Shanghai, China; and the same time registered the JOZJ International Trade Mark in Germany and China. Surely, the cooperation with JOTECHNIK Maschinenbau GmbH has greatly enhanced the quality and customer service system of Zhongji worldwide.
In 1960, the first EPS Block Molding Machine in the world was manufactured by JOTECHNIK Maschinenbau GmbH Plant in Austria. Since then, more than 200 EPS Pre-Expanders, 500 EPS Block Molding Machines, 50 EPS Cutting Machines were manufactured there.
The Mineral Wool Sandwich Panel Production Line produced by Zhongji has achieved the strip cutting of 250mm thick of high-density mineral wool panel, automatic conveying, flip angle of 90. c , as well as the saw cutting , automatic staking and wrapping of the sandwich panel after production, and can produce different models of wall panels, roof panels, door panels and cold storage panels, etc.
