Jiangyin Eternal Heavy Industry Co. , Ltd is dedicated in designing and manufacturing all kinds of heavy duty hydraulic cylinders and high accuracy AGC servo cylinders. Our hydraulic cylinders are used in various fields such as Metal forming machinery, Metallurgy machinery, Mining machinery, construction machinery, Hydro project, etc. We have gained ten items of national practical new-type patents for our hydraulic cylinders.
Our company own full set of cylinder processing facilities and test equipments. Cylinder facilities including 13M CNC Honing Machine, 8M Horizontal Lathe, 13M Deep Hole Boring Machine, vertical CNC machining center, display boring and milling machine, frame type CNC machining center, CNC lathe, CNC flame cutting machine, etc. Test equipments including Intelligent pressure test bed, UT defect detector, Magnetic defect detector, Layer thickness meter, etc.
Max cylinder bore of our cylinders is 1000mm while the max cylinder diameter is 12 meter, and the max test pressure could reach to 50MPa.
