4. Press TARE to force zeroing.

6. Calibration function:

Press the ON key for 3 seconds until the LCD shows '0'. Release the key and then press the tare key to confirm and display a flashing weight value (eg 3000.0). Place the 3000g weight on the tray. (If no suitable weight is available Press the TARE key to select the appropriate weight value for calibration.)
