Because of the JD1A-type electromagnetic adjustable speed motor controller applied to 0.55~90kw, when the user uses, must be carried out according to the motor control adjustments as follows:
1, tachometer corrections: discrepancies due to the output voltage of tachogenerator before use must be based on actual output of electromagnetic adjustable speed motor speed adjusting for a tachometer. Adjust motor speed potentiometer to a certain speed, using isometric-style tachometer or other digital tachometer to measure the actual speed of the motor, and then adjust the tachometer calibration potentiometers on the Panel to make it consistent.
2, the highest speed setting: adjust the speed adjust potentiometer in a clockwise direction on the Panel to the maximum, and then adjust the feedback regulation of the potentiometer of the Panel allow electromagnetic adjustable speed motor for the highest rated speed.

Instructions for use JD1A controller

1, before using the test process, seven core air outlet 3, core 4 step voltage of the load output is 0~90V; If you do not load the output voltage may not be within the range stated above.
2, feedback on the Panel adjust the potentiometer should be adjusted according to the motor for proper control. Feedback control is too small will make the motor is out of control; Feedback control over the motor can only be run at low speed, not speed.

Maintenance and repair

1, the surrounding environment shall be kept clean, oil pollution prevention and water drip into the controller, and avoid shock.
