Description:
A, Voltage input: the input voltage should not be higher than the rated input voltage (100V or 400V) of the product. Otherwise, PT should be considered and 1A fuse should be installed at the voltage input.

1, On communication
1The instrument has no loopback data
A: First, ensure that the communication settings of the instrument information such as the slave address, baud rate, parity, etc.
And the host computer requirements are the same: If the scene more than one piece of instrument communication are not data back to test the communication field bus connection is accurate and reliable, RS485 converter is normal.If only a single piece or a small number of instruments communication abnormalities, but also check the corresponding communication lines , You can modify the conversion exception and the address of the normal instrument slave to test, exclude or confirm the host computer software problems, or by transforming the abnormal and the normal installation location of the instrument to test, exclude or confirm the instrument failure.
2) Instrument return data is not accurate
A: Please read the communication address table on the data storage address and storage format, and ensure that the corresponding data format conversion.
2, On the U, I, P and other measurements are not accurate
A: First of all need to ensure that the correct voltage and current signals have been connected to the instrument, you can use a multimeter to measure the voltage signal, if necessary, use the clamp meter to measure the current signal.Secondly ensure that the signal line connection is correct, such as the current signal (That is, into the line side), and the phase sequence of each phase is wrong.Multi-function power meter can observe the power interface display, only in the case of reverse transmission of active power is negative, under normal circumstances the use of active power symbol Positive, if the active power symbol is negative, it is possible to take the wrong current into the outlet, of course, the wrong phase sequence can also lead to abnormal power display.Also note that the instrument shows the power grid value for the first time, if the table set voltage The current transformer's magnification and the actual use of the transformer magnification inconsistent, will cause the meter power display is not accurate.The range of voltage and current in the table after the factory is not allowed to modify.Wiring network can be modified according to the actual field connection, but the programming menu wiring The setting should be consistent with the actual wiring, otherwise it will lead to the wrong display information.
3, On the power to walk the word is not accurate or power data is not saved
A: 1) The meter's power accumulation is based on the power measurement, the first observation of the meter's power value and the actual load is consistent with multi-function power meter to support two-way power measurement, wiring error, the total active power is negative , The energy will be accumulated to the reverse active energy, positive active energy is not accumulated in the field using the most problem is the current transformer line and outlet access to reverse.Multi-function power meters can see the phase of the signed Active power, if the power is negative, there may be wrong wiring. In addition to the wrong phase sequence will cause the instrument to take the word power abnormal.
2) When the power data is not saved, please check whether there is load on the meter, and the meter will continue to accumulate after the load.
4, The instrument does not shine
A: Make sure the auxiliary power supply has been added to the auxiliary power supply terminal of the instrument. If the voltage of the auxiliary power supply is normal, the meter can not be recovered if the auxiliary power supply voltage exceeds the specified range. Any display, you can consider re-power-off, if the instrument can not normally display, please contact the company's technical services.
