Working principle:

1, the instrument must be well grounded.

2, pressed down into the power supply, switch on, red light is on, connect the outputs to test connections, press the Start button, green light is on, up waiting for current flow.

3, rotating with uniform pressure regulator clockwise, note counter output current indicates the high current required.

4, during the test, once found irregularities should immediately cut off the power supply, identify the cause of a test.

5, the test is complete, you must set the regulator back to zero, press the stop button cut off power supply, cut off the power supply, removable test wiring, in order to ensure safety.

Notes:

1, new and long time without transformer 1500 megohm meter before running between the coils and coil insulation resistance to ground, when the resistance value is not less than 0.5 megohm, can be used.

2, using a current transformer and operation must be reliably grounded to ensure safety.

3, should slow even when using up-flow and handling should avoid excessive vibration.

4, voltage regulator and brush contact surfaces should be kept clean, as the case with 90% alcohol dipped cotton wipe clean.
5, the device should be placed in a clean, well ventilated, dry and indoor save.
