IV: measurement operation

The instrument is the use of glass for light reflection principle, reflect light of linear array CCD data acquisition by the back of the instrument. 1) insulating glass measurement result is shown in Figure 2, P1 is the first layer of glass thickness measurement value is 11.88mm; AIR to air layer thickness measurement value is 20.00mm; P2 is the second layer of glass thickness measurement value is 11.88mm.

2) single-layer glass measurement result is shown in Figure 3, P1 for the current thickness of the glass, measuring 9.90mm, AIR and P2 shows N/A, indicating that there is no air layer and a second layer of glass.

3) as shown in Figure 4 for measurement error screen, data are not measured and reasonable, probable cause is as follows:

A) instruments is not close to the glass surface on the back;

B) too high LOW-E reflectivity (albedo is greater than 70%), try in the other side of the glass test;

C) ambient light is too strong, try to avoid test instruments are on the back of the Sun.

Four: attention

1, keep clean the glass surface to be measured, improved measurement accuracy.

2, as far as possible avoid duplication of multiple pieces of glass together in testing, may cause the test result error.

3, keep the instrument detectors on the back of clean, stained with alcohol on a soft cloth or cotton swab to clean, no cloth stained with other organic solvents.

4, in order to improve the measurement accuracy, try to avoid test instruments are on the back of the Sun.

5, avoiding eyes lasers.

6, avoid contact with corrosive materials, far away from high temperature and high humidity environment.
