DT-8858Is a professional handheld non-contact infrared thermometer, using simple, solid design, high accuracy and temperature range as well as wide. It has a laser sight, with backlight display ,Maximum, minimum, average, poor value, data retention, high and low temperature alarms, adjustable emissivity, and automatic power off function.
The handheld non-contact infrared thermometer for measuring those traditional contact measurement method is not suitable to measure the surface temperature of an object (such as moving, electrically charged surfaces and hard to reach objects).

Can be used in heating, ventilation, electric power, transportation, chemical, metallurgical and other fields.

Switch settings:

C/F Translation: o C And o FButton to select the temperature (oC/oF )

Open /Turn off the lock (LOCK ): To lock the instrument to keep measuring, place the Middle knob LOCK ON/OFF Slide to the right ON.

Alarm setting (SET ALARM ): Open the alarm you want to set, place the following button SET ALARM Slide to the right ON.

To set the high alarm value, the low alarm value and the emissivity value, first by pushing the trigger or press MODE Keys to activate the display, and then press MODE Key until the appropriate code appears in the lower left corner of the display, press the up and down keys to adjust to the desired value.
