Product overview:

A rapid test hardness of aluminum instruments. Easy to use, one card, the hardness value directly read out, high efficiency and reliability.
For rapid detection of aluminum alloy profiles, tubes, plates, aluminum and other soft metals and hardness of the workpiece. Particularly suitable for production, batch product sales site or construction site to be fast by eligible non-destructive checks.
The Webster hardness tester is the preferred instrument for testing mechanical properties of aluminum alloy profiles, China Nonferrous metals standards YS/T420-2004 and United States standard ASTM B647-84 (2000).
Merriam-Webster hardness tester can also be used to test copper, brass, mild steel, and so on.

Characteristics of the instrument
﹡The needle New materials, new dropper on the process, high hardness, long life, good interchangeability.
﹡ Pointer Pointer to a high intensity, long-term use or wrong operation are difficult to bend.
﹡ Table window Strength and toughness of a better table window glass, table window difficult to break down.
Cm handles Forging materials, surface anodized handle, beautiful, wear resistance, resistance to contamination.
﹡ Of hardness test block Standard hardness blocks through the standard hardness testing, with test report.
© ~ High quality Fine machining, precision machines, strict quality inspection.
© ~ Stable Full scale stability, stable calibration point, pointer is no ' crawling '.
﹡ Conversion easy Vickers hardness values can be converted to Vickers, Rockwell, Brinell hardness value.

Application Description:

W-20 commonly used in aluminum production and application.
When the aluminium profiles thickness is greater than 6mm should be used instead of W-20a.
Inner diameter aluminum tubing with W-20 greater than 10MM.
Inner diameter greater than 6mm of aluminum tubing should be used instead of W-20b.
W-B75 is often used to test the brass tube.
W-BB75 is often used to test copper tube.
W-B92 is often used to test or cold rolling stainless steel strip.
