Product parameters:

  • Processing customization: No
  • Type: Coating Thickness Gauge
  • Brand: thickness gauge
  • Model: small thickness measurement
  • Measuring range: 0.01mm ~ 10mm

First, use and characteristics

This instrument is used to measure the thickness of various fabric, leather plastic, carpet, paper and other sheet products.

Second, the specifications

There are a variety of specifications, the user can choose according to different needs.

Third, the technical indicators

1.Measuring range: 0.01 mm to 10 mm

2.measurement accuracy: 0.01mm

Fourth, the use of instructions

1.Calibration: Before the measurement, press down the lever to wipe the two measuring surfaces with a soft cloth or lens paper. Hold the table vertically and lower the lever to make the two measuring surfaces come in contact. Observe the dial indicator. Quasi-zero, if any deviation, please turn the table outer ring, the big pointer alignment zero.

2Measurement: Press the lever to place the measured object between two measuring surfaces, hold the table vertically, and loosen the lever to allow the dial indicator bar to fall naturally to measure the thickness of the material.

3Readings: Dial indicator for each cell 0. 01 mm, in the measurement of the thickness of less than 1 mm of material, you can directly see the big pointer refers to the value. Such as the big pointer at 40, is 0. 4 mm; if the measured material thickness greater than 1 mm, Look at the number of large hands, plus a small integer pointer (small pointer to 1 mm per grid.) If the big pointer to 45, a small pointer between 1 and 2, the actual thickness of the material is 1.45 mm.

Fifth, the matters needing attention

When measuring, the dial indicator must be perpendicular to the horizontal plane, and can not be tilted to measure and avoid measurement error caused by gravity.
