Quick repair capacity
Traditional UPS are in maintenance bypass mode when they are in the service, load is not under protection, if any power failure occurs, or input fluctuations, , it may cause damage to the equipment. Meanwhile , equipment maintenance also need to go through a series of cumbersome procedures, system administrators need to notify the manufacturers, manufacturers rushed to the scene for maintenance with power off, system repairing time is uncertain due to several factors. When festivals or holidays, maintenance is difficulty, maintenance staff judgment maybe wrong, the customer site distance, all will take much time.
EA660 adopt new module hot swap technology, all modules supported plugging in and out. Power modules can be inserted or removed at any time online, power off operation is not required. If a power module fails, the module will automatically exit the system, the system won't be affected. When standby module arrives, take the faulty module out and insert the new module while UPS is working. Then restoration is completed, no power off or transfer to bypass, which achieved online maintenance for parallel system. These operations do not need specialized equipment and techniques.
Modular design
EA660 takes modular design, one module power is 20KVA/16KW, system consists of 1-20 modules and connected in parallel, the user can gradually increase the number of modules depending on the load. Between the module and the machine uses hot swap technology, UPS module can be inserted or removed online, enabling 0s downtime.
Flexible redundant parallel design
EA660 can be set up redundant UPS modules, and 0 can be set, when UPS can be a maximum capacity output. When the load exceeds the redundant design, as long as the amount power does not exceed the load module's total capacity, UPS can still work, and issue corresponding warnings.
Expansibility
Due to the fully modular design, the user can choose a appropriate capacity between 20KVA to 400KVA depending on the load, the configuration is very flexible. UPS system structure is very flexible. Power module design philosophy is to remove and replace the module at any time without affecting the operation of the system and output. Investment plans can be expanded as needed, allowing users to stick with the dynamic growth of business, meeting the requirement for post-equipment increase, also reducing the cost of procurement of pre-.

Availability
EA660 has superior features in parallel ,that are representative of the high-end UPS, mean time between failure MTBF is 1.5 times the traditional UPS, mean time between critical failures MTBCF is three times the traditional UPS, mean time to repair MTTR of traditional UPS is down 8 hours for maintenance, while EA660 maintenance in the system only requires 5 minutes, high availability shows the EA660 perfect protection and use of capacity ,which ensure the safety of the system and the load protection time increase exponentially.
Environmental protection
EA660 PFC circuit uses digital active power factor correction technology, the input current total harmonic distortion (THDI)is only 3%, while the input power factor ≥0.99, which greatly reduces the grid pollution, effectively reduce the power loss. Typically, the smaller the load, the lower the system efficiency. UPS actual load in data room usually are below 80%, even lower than 50%. When load is only 15%, efficiency of EA660 is more than 90% .When the load reaches 50%, the efficiency can be 93% or more. Even if the customer's load is small, system can achieve higher efficiency and cost will be saved for customers.ers.ers.
