Carefully selected raw materials from around the world and continued selection of ripe and undamaged products guarantee a consistent quality throughout the year. At our in-house laboratory we perform daily checks on all incoming raw materials and
our outgoing finished products.The freshly pressed juices and prepared vegetables have no additives and are kept under refrigeration from production to delivery, ensuring complete freshness.
We have personally selected and inspected each farm and supplier that we use to source our products. This is how we know where and when the best products are available, depending on the season. We always use a blend of 3 varieties of oranges for our juice. Depending on the season we may use fruit from California, South Africa and Australia - each variety giving a distinct quality to the end product. There are no artificial additives or preservatives in Barakat Quality Plus products. They are naturally fresh.
Hygiene and Health & Safety excellence is part of our make-up, HACCP set the standard and we exceed it. We use our own laboratory for testing, followed by an independent, off-site laboratory analysis. Our whole working environment is refrigerated
to maintain a consistent low temperature to ensure a proper cold chain from the beginning even in our filling sectio
