Philadelphia Neck Collar Brace (JT-004)
Product Structure:
.In comformity with the jaw shape,be free to adjust the supporting height.
.Fine-tune supporting height by 2 slices support plate(removable) up and down movemont.
.The top of the support plate shape are anastomosed with the jaw bone.

Directions:
1.Measure the patient
2.Match the collar size to the patient
3.Adjust and lock the adjustable collar
4.Preform the collar
5.Apply the collar while manually maintaining neutral head position.
Place the chin support well under the chin.
Pull the back of the collar snug while holding the front in place,then fasten.
For a supine patient , slide the rear panel behind the neck before placing the chin support.
Notes:
1.All First aid products should only be used by persons who have received adequate training.
2.It is improtant that the patient be properly immobilized to prevent movement of the spine (per local protocol).
3.Do not adjust the collar on patient.
4.Do not store collar in folded position. Store flat.
